Fairs and events

Your students meet the universities. Their entry is at no cost.

The Student World fairs take place online and in person. The student talks with the universities. You follow who they spoke with. The public schedule is always up to date.

Universities the student can meet at the events

What the student does at the event

They register, join the fair and talk with the universities they are interested in. Afterwards, what they saw helps build the list on University Access.

  • Online and in-person events.
  • No cost for the student.
  • The schedule opens without login.

What you follow

With the school account, you see your students' participation. The event does not replace the profile or the reply with a scholarship: it brings the student closer to the university.

  • You can share the schedule link at the parents' meeting.
  • The student uses the same University Access account.
  • The fair and the profile complement each other.
Following the class

A fair under your school's name

If the school wants its own event, The Student World sets up the virtual fair: pages, booths and a report. This event has a cost and is optional. Students keep joining the network's fairs without paying.

  • You only pay if you request your school's fair.
  • You can use your own university list or ask for the network's.
  • The report shows who each student talked with.
Universities that may be at a fair

Send the schedule today. The school account takes care of the rest.

Once the account is created, students join through your link and you see the class in one place.
