Two certifications for those who guide students to the world.

STAR is the international certification for school counselors: free, with a published standard and a verifiable credential. The Intercultural Sciences Certification goes deeper into the human and cultural side of the international experience.

STAR Certified Counsellor

The international credential for school counselors, issued jointly by FPP / The Student World and World Educational Leaders.

Free for you and your school: ten online modules, about twelve hours at your own pace, webinars with partner universities and a credential valid for two years that any university can verify.

  • A published standard: eight competencies, assessment criteria and a code of conduct.
  • A credential with a unique number, public verification and a digital badge for LinkedIn.
  • If you already hold THE CAP or another counseling certification, you can apply for recognition.
